We’ll not release the funds to the Seller until you have received the item and are satisfied with the transaction. We also make sure the Seller provides accurate information about the product involved in the sale.

Money Protection

We will not release the money to the Seller until the merchandise has been received and approved by the Buyer. This provides online buyers the same security and protection that offline buyers have.

Deal Protection

If there is a disagreement between the buyer and the seller during the transaction, we will freeze the funds and the parties involved in the transaction will get a full refund and return of goods if they decide so.

  1. The Seller and The Buyer comes to an agreement to use our Escrow Service.
  2. We conclude the agreement & invoice and send it to The Buyer
  3. The Buyer will assign the specified amount to our Escrow Bank Account.
  4. We deliver the item along with all the documents to the buyer’s location.
  5. The Buyer receives and inspects the item ( 15 days inspection period) to see that everything is in order.
  6. Once The Buyer agrees to keep the purchased item, we will forward the payment to The Seller.

*** The fees for the Escrow Service are confidential and are always deducted from the seller.

For every item ( vehicle, machinery,  tractor, boat, equipment, etc ) that we ship to the buyer, we offer a 15 days inspection period, with the possibility to return the item during this period with no extra costs and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • If the purchased item corresponds with the seller’s description, the buyer should keep it and the online transaction is completed.
  • If the purchased vehicle in of any form different from the seller’s description, the buyer has the right to return the item at the seller’s expense (seller will support all the returning costs).
  • Our Escrow Service is absolutely neutral. We guarantee both the buyer and the seller a secure and smooth business transaction online.
